No manual on hand... where to find O2 sensor wire

Hey Petie, just a note on the manuals. DON'T BUY A POS CHILTONS The only manual that any dedicately IMPORT tuner or RACER (I say import because the domestic guys can settle for the half assed B/S explainations and shitty illustrations in the Chiltons but we shouldn't settle for less then the best) should own is the HELMS. It'll cost you 5X that of a Chiltons but guess what, you'll get 5X the information too

Sorry I am late for this party...

The sensor wire location IS D14 as CivicR has specified. The wire color can be one of two: white/red trace or just plain old white. It is in the seventh hole from the left, bottom row of the "D" plug... which when looking at the ECU with the release pins pointed UP, is the far right plug.

Now, the proper way to attach your new wire to the O2 signal wire is to strip back the insulation, use a small pick or flat-head screwdriver and split the copper strands in half -- so that you can slip the copper strands of the A/F wire in between. Then pull the wire tight, and wrap the A/F wire around the O2 signal wire a few times. Finally, tape over the connection with electrical tape. If you have access to a soldering iron, you could place a drop or two on the connection just for security.

Think I'll try at the ecu again. I looked all around under the hood at every part of the exhaust manifold I could see with a flashlight and I have no idea where to look for the o2 sensor there. (where DID they put it?)
